Here is what you need to qualify for an I-TIN loan with us:
- 2 years employment in the same or similar line of work (can be self employed)
- 2 years Tax Returns using your I-TIN number
- U.S. Government ID Card, or a Passport
- Minimum 15%-20% down payment
- Minimum $100,000 purchase price for the home
- Need 2-6 months of full bank statements.
